I showed my first attempt to Mr. Fauzi in class. He suggested me to use real hand image to replace the cartoon hand in the poster as it looks more real. I had asked about the feedback of the poster's background. He thinks that the plain one is better as it makes the tiger looks emphasis in the poster.

After I tried the feedback given by Mr. Fauzi, I think it had a bit simple. Hence, I create masking layer on the hand with the image of different career.
